Hi, I’m Amanda!

I’m a recovering lawyer turned dark fantasy author exploring the intersections of female rage, power, trauma, and systemic control.

After a c-PTSD diagnosis in 2020, I became a trauma-informed coach to help other women heal and reclaim their sovereignty.

I write fiercely feminist stories woven with mythology, mysticism, and lush, shadow-psyche worlds.

When I’m not arguing with morally complex characters, you’ll find me barefoot in the kitchen, whisky in hand, plotting rebellion — on and off the page with my two cats.

A Song of Stars (Working Title)

Set in a world divided between witch-ruled lands and oppressive Church states, A Song of Stars follows Aurelia Blackthorn a woman raised to be the pious face of a theocratic regime, now hunted for the magick she was forced to suppress.

When her best friend is murdered, Aurelia is thrust into an uneasy alliance with Zephyr, enigmatic leader of the witches’ resistance.

Together, they must stop a genocidal plot before a lost artefact tips the balance between mortals, witches, and gods.
